Her death date: I estimated her death as 1832, because Phinehas had young children to raise and he remarried in late 1832, so she may have died earlier that year... pure estimation...

Phinehas Campbell has had seemingly three or four wives, but as I look at records the names are Celia, Lucy, Selah and Sally... I am thinking that one name was written several ways over the years in various ways... like Celia, Selah and Sally could be the same person... However we do see three marriages, one about 1800, one in 1826 and one in 1832, all to Phinehas Campbell... he was definitely a family man... two of the marriages were to Slack sisters, Celia and Lucy... records in Family Search.

1820 census: Joseph has one male aged 10-16, born 1804 - 1810. and Joseph is 45+, born before 1775. he has 1 daughter age under 10, born 1810-1820. 1 daughter age 10-16, born 1804-1810. 1 daughter 16-26, born 1794-1804. and his wife is 45+, born before 1775. in same year Joseph Jr. is 26-45, born 1775-1784. his son is under 10, born 1810-1820. his wife is 16-26, born 1794-1804 Simeon Slack has one son age 0-10, born 1810-1820. Simeon is 26-45, born 1775-1794. his wife was 26-45, born 1775-1894. Those are the twelve Slacks in Irasburg, VT in 1820.

1830 census: Joseph Sr. has 1 son 20-30, born 1800-1810. Joseph Sr. is 70-80, born 1750-1760. 1 daughter age 15-20, born 1810-1815. 1 daughter age 20-30, born 1800-1810. the older daughter is gone probably married. his wife is 60-70, born 1760-1770. Betsey Slack has 1 son age 0-5, born 1825-1830. 1 son 5-10, born 1820-1825. 1 son 10-15, born 1815-1820. 2 daughters under 5, born 1825-1830. and Betsey is 30-40, born 1790-1800. Betsey is seemingly a widow, probably of Joseph Jr, who is not listed, or of Simeon, who is also not listed in the same town as his possible father Joseph Sr. There are only 11 Slacks in Albany, VT in the 1830 census.
