Louisa Slade was born in Barnes, Surrey. She was the daughter of John Slade and Eleanor McVeagh. Her birth was registered (as "Female Slade") in Richmond, Surrey in the third quarter of 1837[1].
Louisa married Alan Bruce in the Church of St Swithin, Walcot, Somerset on 15 July 1858[2]. Their marriage was registered in Bath, Somerset in the third quarter of 1858[3].
Louisa died in Paddington, Middlesex on 11 June 1868. Her death was registered in Kensington, Middlesex in the second quarter of 1868[4].
