At the time of the 1880 United States Census, Jefferson Slade and his two wives Sarah J. Slade and Mary Jane Slade were listed as living in Panguitch, Utah with his children Sarah A., Jefferson A., Elizabeth E., James M., William F., Samuel J., Ada A., Joseph H., and Benjamin Slade[1].
William died in Globe, Arizona on October 12, 1959, and was buried in Pinal Cemetery[2].
