Frances A. Slaton was born about 1870 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Joseph Slaton and Susan Ann Elizabeth (Mitchell) Slaton.[1] Attached is a family portrait of Joseph, Susan, Perlemon "Lee" (in Joseph's lap) and Frances "Fannie" Slaton (in Susan's lap), from page 43 of the referenced Slaton book.[2]
She was married 4 October 1910 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to J. A. Rowe,[3] bus apparently divorced some time later.
