Text: John Vincent Slattery died yesterday at his home, 126 West Mainstreet. He had been employed by the New Haven railroad as a brakemanat Maybrook.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at 9:30 at theresidence and at ten o'clock in the Church of the Most Precious Blood.The Rev. Edmund Fabisinski will officiate. Internment will be inWallkill Valley Cemetery.
Mr. Slattery, a son of Martin and Margaret Lehoie [sic] Slattery, wasborn in Whiteport, August twenty-seventh, 1888. He was married toLoretta Krom. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Abe McEntee ofEllenville and Mrs. Gordon Lewis of Walden; a son, Gerald, at home;two brothers, James and Martin, of Poughkeepsie; two sisters, Mrs.Raymond Lane of Poughkeepsie and Mrs. Matthew Kraus of Kingston; alsoa grandson.

carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
