Biography

Lizzie Slaughter married W. B. Cundler in Fulton County as seen in this image of license and registration of her January 19, 1871 Georgia Marriage.[1]

Martha E Candler was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Militia District 642, Villa Rica Villa Rica town, Carroll County, Georgia for the June 2, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born May 1854 in Georgia and had been married for twenty-nine years. Also included in the household is head William B Candler as seen in an image of the original census.[2]

Martha E Candler was enumerated as wife of the head of the household at Sweet Water Street, Villa Rica, Carroll County, Georgia for the April 18, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1855 in Georgia and married. She is the mother of four children which are all living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household is head William B Candler.[3]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[4] Elizabeth Slaughter Candler is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery in Villa Rica, Carroll County, Georgia.[5]
