John Slaughter married Ann Crisford at Sandhurst, Kent on 4 May 1757.^[1][2]

John & Ann had the following children:

• Thomas Slaughter, christened 27 April 1759 at Sandhurst^[3]
• John Slaughter, christened 21 October 1762 at Sandhurst^[4] He died as an infant and was buried 5 November 1762^[5]
• George Slaughter, christened 31 March 1766 at Sandhurst^[6]
• John Slaughter, christened 20 October 1768 at Sandhurst^[7]
• Ann Slaughter, christened 7 August 1772 at Sandhurst^[8]

John was buried at Sandhurst on 29 March 1797.^[9]
