Biography

Franklin Slay was enumerated as son at Sulphur, Miller County, Arkansas for the July 3, United States Census, 1880. He was noted as works on farm, born 1862 in Arkansas and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self Alford Slay, wife Martha Slay, son John Slay and son William Slay.[1]
