Biography

Catherine was born about 1765.[1] She was the daughter of John Jacob Sligh, Sr. and Christina, née Cromer (1750 - 1835).

She married (1) John Uriah Wicker. He died in Aug 1808. She married (2) John Peter Kinard (1776 - 23 Aug 1828), son of John Kinard and Anna Elizabeth, née Stockman. There were no children by either marriage.

Catherine passed away about 1826. Since there were no children, her estate became the object of the Wicker-Kinard Lawsuit about 1828.
