Biography

Minnie was born on 31 March 1889 in Farnham, Surrey. She was the daughter of Emanuel Slingo and Elizabeth Langford. Christening was on 26 May 1889. Prior to marriage, Minnie worked as a servant. In 1916, she married Henry W Newman, although we find no evidence that they became parents. Minnie passed away in 1977.
