Henry E sloan was born in Scottsvill[1], Allen County, Kentucky[1] on the 16th of July 1914[1] to Archie Sloan[1] and Fannie Witcher[1][2].
He married Lily Bigard and it is not believed they had children

He died on the 17th of November 1989[1] in Christian County, Kentucky[6] and he would be buried in the Crescent Hill Cemetery in Scottsville, Allen County, Kentucky[7]

Scottsville, Ky - Henry Sloan, 75, of Scottsville died at 9:03 pm Friday at Western State Hopsital in Hopkinsville after a lengthy illness.
The Allen County Native was a retired employee of the state highway department, World WAr II veteran and member of chestnut Point Missionary Baptist Church.
He was a son of the late Archie and Fannie Witcher Sloan and the husband of the late Lillie Sloan.
Funeral will be at 11 am Monday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.
Survivors include three sisters, Grace Wood and Janie Pardue, both of scottsville and Ruby Stinson of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
