Roscoe was born 21 DEC 1909/1910 in Missouri (not sure of year - using 2009 as uncertain). There is a Roscoe Sloat who died Feb 1981 in Yuba,CA but not sure it is this Roscoe since this Roscoe WA buried in Vernon Cemetery, Coweta, OK. In 1920 he was 10 years old (not sure - hard to read) in Wagoner County, OK^[1]
