Biography

Humphrey Small was born on 13 June 1787 in Limington, Maine^[1]. His parents were Henry Small and Elizabeth (Dam) Small^[2].

He married Sarah Libby on 21 January 1813 in Limington^[3]. They had nine children, all born in Limington except the last, born in Cornish^[4]:

1. Eleanor Worthley, born 28 Aug 1814; died 1826

3. Mary Libby, born 21 Dec 1817
