Biography

Samuel Rudisill Smarr was born on January 22, 1888 in Forsyth, Georgia.[1] He registered for the draft in Monroe County.[1] He died on March 27, 1965 in Savannah.[2] Samuel is buried in Greenwich Cemetery, Savannah (Chatham County), Georgia.[3]
