Biography
Hugh was born in 1773. He is the son of William Smiley and Sarah Robinson. [1]
Hugh married Elizabeth, daughter of Lieut. John and Elizabeth (Proctor) Harper. [2]
Hugh was a farmer and settled on the homestead in or about 1810. He removed to Pennsylvania and died there. [3]
