Boudewijn was born in 1850. Boudewijn was the son of an unknown father and Johanna Maria (Smit) Verhoeven (1827-1893).

Boudewijn married 26 year old Hendrica Heijmans (1849-) at 25.[1]

He passed away in 1911.
