Having heretofore given to Samuel Smith the husband of my daughter Jane Smith fifty acres of land situate in Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County and secured to him the same by a sufficient title in right of his wife, it is therefore my will and intention, that the said fifty acres of land shall be the full share and portion which my said daughter Jane Smith shall have to my estate real or personal.
