Biography

Francis was born in June 1876.^[1][2]

He married Florence Shapcott, a widow, in 1921.^[3][4][2] Florence had been widowed nearly ten years beforehand.

Francis appears in the 1939 Register, living with Florence at 43 Gathorne Road, Bristol Central. His occupation is listed as a Stoker Boilerman.^[2]

He passed away in August 1948, in Bedminster, Bristol.^[1][4] He was living at 64 Palmyra Road, Bedminster at the time of his death.^[4]
