Catherine was born in South Carolina in 1795.[1] [2]She was the daughter of David Smith and Sarah Lindley. [3]

On 1 Dec 1810, Catherine married George W. Clack in Jackson County, Georgia. They were married by Thomas Camp, Esq.[4]

She died between 1857, when she received a distribution from her mother's estate,[5] and 1860.[6]
