Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.
Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?

PS Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.
Congrats on being confirmed as a full member! I'm a volunteer greeter, here to answer your questions about WikiTree. Our New Member How-To pages can help you get started adding profiles or just learning your way around. Welcome to the community!

P.S. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.
When you are ready to volunteer just add any surnames of interest into Tags so that you have one tag for each surname and location. By doing that, when you are confirmed as a full member you can then click on those tags, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll see other genealogists who are also following those surnames and locations. I really encourage you to explore the connections it helps you make. :-) Don't forget to Check the Volunteer Box. The button to click is at the bottom of the page and says Add tags and Volunteer. It is rectangular.
When you have done that one of our Greeters will confirm you as a full member so that you can Edit your Profile and enter information into WikiTree.
