Biography
Elzey was born in Kansas in 1888 to Walter Smith and Rebecca Caldwell.
Elzey registered for the World War I draft in Marion County, Kansas.[1]
Elzey passed away in 1946. Burial was in the Aztec Cemetery in Aztec, San Juan, New Mexico.[2]
