Smith-1898 and Smith-1900 appear to represent the same person because: Birth year, parent and siblings are the same. Other brother is not a name. Who is the father? Doubtful Lucy had a child out of wedlock.

Smith-1902 and Smith-1866 appear to represent the same person because: Birth year, place, Death year place, parents and siblings the same. Unless these are twins they should be merged.
