Corporal Asahel Smith served with Colonel Seth Warner's Extra-Continental Regiment, Continental Army during the American Revolution.
Daughters of the American Revolution
Asahel Smith is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A104692.

Asahel's Revo. Pension S21979 says b. 5 Oct 1756 Farmington, Hartford, CT; living in Windsor, VT in 1832 - No wife, kids, or other family mentioned.

Roswell book says he lived in Windsor, VT 1765 to 1812.
