- "FORREST, Mildred Grace - April 25, 1975 of 23 Wehlow Street, Mount Druitt, loved wife of the late Percy Forrest, dearly loved mother of Edward, Jack, Olive and Thelma, dear grandmother and great-grandmother of their children, aged 87 years. In God's care." She was buried at Rookwood (Zone C - Section 12 - Grave 4150)
