Ancestry claim that George’s death is in 1911, but I have doubts as that George Cooper Smith who died in 1911 had different children. His WILL claims his wife is Mary Ann, (but she is not mother of George Coopers children) I suspect that George Cooper Smith remarried, and isn’t our George. Ancestry also claim George was born in Victoria, this is on (daughter) Lily Olives birth record.
