Mildred Willis wrote her will in Oct of 1768 and in it, made provisions to seven children: daughters Sarah and Elizabeth, and sons John, Augustine, Francis, "Rich", and Lewis. No mention is made in her will of any other children or their father. John, Francis, and Augustine are made executors. Francis is also charged with managing his sisters' portions until they reach age 21 or are married. She mentions that some sons are under age, but it is unclear which.
