As the bride and bridegroom left the church, Captain Miller, of the Girl Guides, presented her with a charming floral horseshoe, with the good wishes of the company. The reception took place at the Foresters' Hall, Mrs. Smith receiving the guests in a frock of cyclamen crepe de chine, and a black hat. Mrs. Campbell (mother of the bridegroom) was in mulberry repp, with a hat to match, and both ladies carried bouquets to tone with their frocks. The bride wore a travelling costume of duchess blue, with a hat of the same, and handsome furs, leaving with the bridegroom for the South by motor-car.
