Francis (Smith) Bledsoe lived in Appalachia, in Virginia.
Francis was born in 1906[1] to James Smith and Jennie Rutherford. In 1910[2] and 1920[3], she lived with her family in Jonesville, Virginia. She passed away in 2001[1] and is buried at the Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, Maryland[4].
