Ina Beatrice Smith (married name Robson) was born on 29 October 1902 in Echuca, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Dorothea Jane Mary (Omond) Smith and Ernest William Smith.^[1]

She married Phillip Robson on 23 March 1922 at the Church of England Church in Eaglehawk, Victoria.^[2] Their children were:^{[citation needed]}

• Phillip Allan Robson (1923–1944)
• Robert Leslie Robson (1925–1987)
• Frank Ian Robson (1927–1972)
