Biography

Lindsey Smith was born in May of 1857, in Kentucky, to presumed parents [Melvina Pruitt] and [David Smith].[1][2]

On June 23, 1881, in Pike County, Kentucky, Lindsey married Mary Jane Staton.[3] They had at least 10 children.[4]

Lindsey supported his family as a farmer, living in Pike County.[2][4][5]
