Research Notes

There is a possible match for William and Sarah in 1841 in Addingham, where their son Rowland was born in 1800, if William's birth date of 1775 was a guess.[2] If that 1841 census record is the right William and Sarah, then Sarah would have been about 42 when Rowland was born, a feasible age if they married late or if Rowland had older brothers and sisters.
