To son Joseph and male hrs., 100 A., ----, where he now lives, also all land bought from Andrew ---- and his son John. In event of his death without such issue, to pass to sons Nathaniel, William and Thomas and male hrs.; they dying without such issue, to pass to daus. afsd. and hrs. To son Nathan afsd. and male hrs., 1/2 "Moor's Plains" and "Chance" in Prince George's Co. To son William and hrs., residue of afsd. lands. Also jointly to 2 sons, Nathan and William, house at John Mills landing, on north branch Patuxent R. To son Thomas afsd., 100 A., part of tract devised to son. Joseph. To dau. Sarah and hrs., land, ----, on n. side Lyon's Creek, bought of Joseph Beazzly; she dying without issue, to pass to son Thomas afsd.
