Note NI5802In 1851 living in Whatfield Suffolk with his father-in-law Thoams Ramplin. His wife Harriet was with him as well as Alfred & John Whymark & (Charles) Walter Smith. He was working as an agricultural labourer.
George Walter Smith and his sister Olive Mary were descendants of William. They were alive in 1994 and remembered that William was buried with his grandson Charl;es Walter on 26 Nov 1874.
In 1871living in Whatfield Street, Whatfield with Harriet and son William.
