Annie Maria Smith was born February, 1865, Semaphore, LeFevre Peninsula, South Australia.

In 1912 and 1913, she resided 58 Newcastle Street, Newport, Victoria.

She died 25th August, 1918, at 58 Newcastle Street, Newport, Victoria, and was interred Williamstown Cemetery on 27th August. ^[1]
