Charles,

I'd like to work with you to remediate some conflicts that I am seeing with the WikiTrees related to Isaac M. Smith who married Matilda Rose Elliott and the Josiah/Isaac Smith line of John Thomas Smith (vis a vis Quentin and Gaylord Smith). Thanks.

Hi Charles. Yesterday, I discovered that 16 children of Jean-Baptiste Pitre had the wrong Jean-Baptiste Pitre as their father. I am working to correct the father and also to source the profiles. So far, they have all been unsourced. If you have any questions, you may view the profile of Pitre-2051 for the marriage document showing his parents or contact me. Thanks! (PS: I know that you didn't make this error--it was easy to get the two men confused as both their fathers were named Claude Pitre.

Hi Charles, there are some pending merges on duplicate profiles that could use some attention when you have a few minutes. Please see Find>Pending Merges. Thanks!

You might want to set your Privacy to Private with Public Family Tree. The WikiTree programming needs to see your Family Tree tab to make DNA and other cousin connections for you. Please take a look at my profile http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cooper-1 where I use Private with Public Biography AND Family Tree to see a list of some of my WikiTree cousin connections and my list of U.S. Presidential cousins.

Please join our new Smith Researchers page and tell us what Smiths you are researching. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Smith_Researchers

Just add your name and ancestor information to the Smith Researcher page.

Then, at the top of your profile biography section, add Category: Smith Researchers inside double braces (that is two opening [[ and two closing), so that the category is added to your profile biography. Hope you join us soon! Kitty Cooper-1 Smith
