Louisa Frances Smoot, daughter of Thomas H Smoot and Elizabeth Hitt, was born July 24, 1837 in Fauquier County, Virginia. She married John Thomas Dunn on December 28, 1870 in Prince William County, Virginia[1]. Louisa died August 3, 1913 in Winchester, Frederick, Virginia[2] and was buried in Redbud United Methodist Church Cemetery, Frederick County, Virginia[3].
