Biography
Lived in Paarl as a young girl, married for the first time to Francois Retief who died when she was pregnant during the influenza epidemic of 1919. Married Zefanja Potgieter, a waggon builder, who was 14 years older than her. She had three more children. He died in the middle 60' and she got married again in about 1970 to Carel Zwanevelder who died soon after.she died in about 1982.
