Sarah was born about 1717. She was the daughter of Brent Smyth.
Sarah married (1) Thomas Nevill of Nevill's Grove, co. Dublin, in 1737.

- Garrett of Marymount, co. Kilkenny, married 1 January 1765, Mary Hodson, eldest daughter of William Hodson, and sister of Sir Robert Hodson, 1st bart. of Hollybrook
- Brent, of Ashbrook, co. Dublin, married Frances, daughter of James Dance, in 1780.
- Elizabeth
Thomas died in 1745.
Sarah married Rev Smyth Loftus, Vicar of Coolock, Co Dublin, in 1745.

- Alice, baptised 3 March 1751 at St Mary's, Dublin, died unmarried in 1769.
