Smythe-481 and Smythe-10 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, married to the same man.

It appears that Mary Smythe, daughter of Thomas "Customer" Smythe (with his own wikipedia page) has been falsely connected to Henry Jenne. According to the Smythe website, Mary Smythe married Robert Davye of London.
