At this time (March 2017) little is known of Lotta other than being identified in the Jno Sloat Letter to Thaddeus Sloat dated 14 Apr 1915[1]

Note that there were a number of SEVERNS families in this area. It is highly likely that her married name - and her husband's name - had one less E in the name. ( DESloat Aug 2019)
