Biography

Henry Snyder, the oldest child of Jacob and Mary Elizabeth (Dodder) Snyder, enlisted into the Union Army 19 Sep 1864. He was mustered into Company G of the 4th Michigan Reorganized Infantry. He died of typhoid fever in the Cumberland General Hospital on 13 Jun 1865, age 19. He is buried in the Nashville National Cemetery, Plot #14866.
