Biography
Arthur was baptised on 12 May 1819 in Christ Church With St Mary and St Stephen, Spitalfields, Tower Hamlets, England. He was the son of James Soames & Eliza Soames.[1][2]
In 1871 he was living in Winthorpe, Nottinghamshire, England.
He died in 1894.
