Hello Kermit,

On behalf of the Acadia Project Leaders, we are doing a six-month check-in with members. Please let us know if you are still active. Please let me know if you are still active, and if so, in which ways you have contributed to the project, or a sub-project, within the last two months.

All of us at WikiTree would like to thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kermit, could you please complete the merge of Verrett-116 and Verrett-4? You and the other profile manager have both approved the merge, but I cannot complete it because Verrett-4 has yellow privacy. Thanks! - Gary

Thanks for the reply regarding the Fontenot/Brignacs. There are issues with mixing up Joseph and Philippe and their two wives who were sisters. Some of the children may be with the wrong parents. Any help is appreciated! It is very complicated I've found.

The Acadians Project is being profiled on a Wikitree Video. They are interested in a brief ‘person in the street’ description of the project and what’s new.

Check out the draft using the link below… Are your interests included?

Kermit Paul,

So glad I can help! I have more to enter, but was waiting until this merge was done to see if I was going to be duplicating work. I have a lengthy to-do list of folks that I have found information on and have just been trying to carve out the time to key in here. Both sides of my family came to Georgia from North Carolina in the mid 1700's and luckily most of that time was documented in one way or another. Beyond North Carolina it gets a bit tricky. I hope what I have gets you quite a bit further! Also, if there is anyone that you are stuck on, I'm more than happy to lend a hand.
