Biography

Clara was born in 1894 the eleventh child of Walter Soper and Catherine Rose.

Clara married Alfred Frederick Magennis in 1914 and they had four children, a daughter Elsie born in 1915 and a son Alfred born in 1918 and two others. Her husband Alfred died after an accident in 1922.

She had one son with William Blacklock in 1909?? (no details of marriage or birth of son found). ???

Clara passed away 21 January 1968 (aged 73–74) and is buried with Alfred .
