Biography

Quentin was born after 1915. He was the son of George Soule and Florence Unknown. He passed away about 1980.

The story from Quentin Soule's July 8, 2008 obituary, published in the Charlotte Observer:

Quentin attended Charlotte city schools, graduated from Central High in 1932 and attended Belmont Abby.

He was married in 1940 to Mary Sue Snell who proceeded him in death in 1983. He served in the Coast Guard during World War II and was president of Soule Steel and Iron Company 1968-1987. He resided in Florida the last 20 yrs.

Survivors are: sisters Mary Soule Kelly of Hendersonville North Carolina; Laurel Soule Winslow of Loveland Ohio; Constance Soule Vickers of Charlotte North Carolina; Elizabeth Soule Hudspeth and her husband Clair of Fayetteville North Carolina and brother-in-law Walton Shanklin of Denver North Carolina and friend Laura Dietch of Palm Coast Florida.
