Biography

When Jacob (SAUER) SOWERS was born in 1770 in Frederick, Maryland, his father, Johannes, was 29 and his mother, Sophia, was 22. He married Catherine MORRICLE on January 27, 1790, in Frederick, Maryland. They had six children in 22 years. He died in 1843 in Floyd, Virginia, at the age of 73.
