Research Notes
IF this couple William (Sauer) Sowers and Catharina (Unknown) Quandel had a son George Sowers it is not the George Sowers who went to Floyd Co. VA These parents are not old enough to have a son George b. in 1750 they are only 10 years old in 1750, and were married 12 years AFTER George's birth. (George Sowers of Floyd Co. VA was b.1750 d. 1834 at the age of 84 per grave marker and 1830 census)
