This book is published in two volumes. I am trying to make it available online, so it can reach a much larger audience. I don't have the funds to stockpile volumes for sale. I have only charged for printing and mailing, and do not profit. I just want to share the seven plus years worth of my intense research. I'm hoping it might help many to find their families.

This image is found on Harold Colson's website. You will notice six lines up: xAmos Parker, 1 Son Saul....2

This is where I obtained the title for my book. The x , denotes that the tax collector/assessor, has completed his survey of this household, and determined that there are 2 taxable men in the household of 16 years old and upwards, who are eligible to be taxed. The following web address has many valuable Perquimans County, North Carolina tax records. If you have ancestors in this area of North Carolina, please take a look. You just might find your family records!

Well, I guess I cannot share my book on WikiTree. The file is much too large. If ANYONE knows an online place where large files can be shared, please let me know. Thanks!
