Michael Fisher combined parent plats above through his ownership.

Michael Fisher (son of previous Michael Fisher) sold his father's real estate as part of his father's estate proceedings to his third cousin John H Wenrich on 13 Apr 1846.

John H Wenrich died 15 Aug 1852. The administrators of his estate (his father Daniel Wenrich and Moses Gockley) were finally able to sell the land 21 Mar 1857 to John's brother Isaac H Wenrich.

Isaac turned around and sold 111 Acres 57 perches to his third cousin Jonathan Fox on 1 Apr 1857.

Jonathan sold 110 Acres 52 Perches of the plat to Jared Huntzinger on 31 Mar 1866.

Jared Huntzinger's executor sold 109 Acres 92 Perches to Reuben D Wenrich on 21 Mar 1900. Reuben was a relative of the owners previous to Jared Huntzinger.

George G Wenrich, executor of Reuben D Wenrich's will, sold this tract along with another tract to Reuben's fifth cousin once removed Adam H Schaeffer on 1 Apr 1930.

Adam H Schaeffer died 17 Aug 1963. His wife passed ownership of the tract of land to her son Adam H Schaeffer.

In 1993, Adam H Schaeffer Jr and his wife passed ownership of the land to their four children, who are the current owners.
