NOTE: That both Queensland and New Zealand failed to send delegates to this Convention unlike the previous Australasian Federation Conventions in 1890 and 1891. The Queensland Parliament had not passed the necessary legislation to do so, but did send documents to be discussed on their behalf, including a motion to have Queensland split into three separate Geographic regions
